Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days if the returned merchandise is returned in unopened condition with the manufacturers' seal.
If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 15% restocking fee.
20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days.
It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange.
No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
$25.00 charge for any returned checks. All returns need RA# prior to return, all return merchandise will not be accepted without RA# issued by maniju inc.
Claims for any damage must be mad within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
Price on this invoice does not included shopping and handling fees.
Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)


Shipping Policy

All orders will ship out via UPS. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. Shipping charges are to be determined, and we calculate your shipping charges only after the package is sealed and weighed. Please note that 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air service are more costly, thus Maniju cannot be held responsible if shipping charges are higher than what the buyer anticipated. If unsure about a particular shipping method, please confirm with a sales representative and we will gladly assist you. All shipments must be made to a valid address, as we do not ship to PO Boxes. All orders placed by 12:00pm PST with a valid credit card information will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will ship out on the following business day. If your credit card is declined, your order will be shipped once payment is released. If your payment is not released within a timely manner, we may at our discretion cancel your order. We ship from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 12:00pm PST on Fridays, will ship out on Monday or the following business day if Monday is a holiday. There may be more restrictions on shipping dates during the end of the year around the holidays.

*All promotional free ground shipping is only for domestic orders and cannot be combined with any other discounts, code or credits.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will assist you with a prompt return or exchange.

All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 5 BUSINESS DAYS upon receiving the order. Return credit will be issued back after we have received the items and after they are inspected by our Return/Exchange Department. ITEMS MUST BE UNOPENED AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURE'S PACKAGING. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all original tags. Customers will assume return shipping costs and a 15% RESTOCKING FEE. We will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims after indicated dates.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBERS (RA#)
Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please add the Return Authorization Number on the return box before you ship it out.
We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.
