Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. PLEASE EMAIL US WITH THE PICTURES FOR PROVING ANY DAMAGE.

If the return inquiry is approved, the items must be immediately sent out by the customer. We will refuse refund if we do not receive the items back within 7 days of approval.After sending us a return/refund/exchange inquiry, we will follow up and confirm that we have received your request via email/message. All returned items must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached; exceptions made for damaged/defected items. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-refundable may be denied.

For damaged goods or wrong deliveries is free of cost. But beyond that, a restocking fee/handling fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.

Shipping Policy

**During the COVID-19 pandemic, please expect a little more time than usual. then it might take 5-9 business days to receive your order. Please consider this time frame before placing an order.**

Because fast fashion and cost saving, our warehouse is set up in China, which we will ship out our styles directly from our warehouse to your doorstep using DHL and FedEx.

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Some orders will be delivered seperately due to production needs, and you will receive our notification of shipment information in time.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at MAEJOY FASHION, please email us immediately at [email protected] or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed.

Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.

Please send us mail within 24 hours. ONCE WE SHIP THE ITEM YOU MAY RUTURN IT UNDER THE CONDITIONS STATED ABOVE, BUT WE WILL NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING COST(we will charge 30% restocking fee in this circumstance).
