Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

-All sales are NOT subject to a refund. ONLY store credit.
-Claims for damages must be made within 7 business days upon receiving merchandise.
-A 20% restocking fee will be applied on ALL returned goods for STORE CREDIT after 7 days.
-Price on the invoice does not include shipping and handling fees.
-Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
-Once a return label is issued, the customer has 7 business days for us to receive the damaged merchandise otherwise there will be a 20% restocking fee.
-Return labels are issued ONLY for damaged or wrongly shipped items.
-All unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Authorization is obtained by email or phone only.
-All other return issues such as sizing,quality or not as expected items DO NOT qualify for a return label. Customers are still responsible for obtaining a return authorization but are responsible for return shipping. Customers who receive authorization will still receive full store credit if returned within 7 business days of authorization.

To cancel orders placed with us in, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
