LTBL Novelty Bar is a trendy fashion accessories manufacturer based out of the USA. Our design headquarters are located in Bellaire, Texas, and our shipping warehouses are located in Houston and Dallas, Texas. We work with local manufacaturers and overseas suppliers as well to produce the final goods that you see for sale.

Return Policy

All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee with no exceptions. Damaged items must send proof of photo within 48 hours upon receipt of merchandise for review. If you received the wrong item, please message us on Lashowroom for us to send you the next steps to rectify this matter. Any opened jewelry packaging, or worn or used jewelry, such as earrings will not be accepted for returns due to sanitary and hygiene reasons. All returns must have an approval before shipping it back to us and we reserve the right to deny any unauthorized returns and you will be responsible to pay for any return shipping for unauthorized packages sent to our return center.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses. Pre-orders will be charged prior to shipping so that we can produce our inventory accordingly. You have 24 hours to cancel your pre-orders, and any pre-orders that has started to process will not be able to be canceled, or may incur a 15% cancelation fee, due to conditions that may require us to purchase supplies to produce your particular pre-order items.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at LTBL, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved. Once orders are in processing status, there cancelation is no longer allowed.
