Please check merchandise immediately. If there is any issue please contact Customer Sevice(Tel# or E-mail) at once.

**PLEASE BE AWARE - Most of our items are made in Asia, therefore, run according to the Asian sizing standards. Please note Asian sizes tend to run smaller compared to US sizes. This is our recommended conversion: M-L-XL-XXL (US SIZE: S-M-L-XL)

All merchandise must be in its original packaging
The merchandise must be unworn
All claims of damages or returns must be made withing 7days of receipt of goods
In order to submit a claim, #RA to be required
If return/exchange is approved, A copy of the Invoice must be included in the merchandise that is being returned. Customers are responsible for mailing the merchandise back to their selected carrier.
No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase
Any items with signs of wear, label changes, or modifications will not be accepted for exchange
According to monitor resolution, The items could be shown in different colors as in the actual picture. We do not allow to return for these issues
Non-defective returns: Only acceptable based on return policies. please noted it when you place an order

Also, we cannot accept returns for all items on sale. We can not accept returns from Puerto Rico or Canada and offer a return label to Canada and Puerto Rico unless goods are damaged.
Shipping and Handling charges are absolutely NON-REFUNDABLE in any case, excluding returns due to damaged goods. Exchanges will be shipped for free via UPS Ground for U.S. customers only for damaged goods.
