Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

1.In general, all sales are considered final. All claims and returns must be received in the original packaging, in unworn and untried-on condition.
All returns or claims must be made within three days after receiving the goods. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Cancellations will not be accepted once the shipment has been made.

2.If the merchandise is damaged, shipped incorrectly, we will waive the restocking fee or provide a refund.
For any other situation,Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee. We will charge a 20% restocking fee. Each product comes with a corresponding size chart, please read it carefully.

3.We will promptly reply upon receiving the email. We will confirm if the item can be returned and provide the return authorization number. Please contact us to obtain the return authorization number, as no returns will be accepted without prior authorization from our company. No returns or credits will be issued without an authorization number.

4.For malicious orders, we will report to LAshowroom. If the customer's account is blocked or flagged, the customer will be responsible for any consequences.

Shipping Policy

1. We will make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. The shipping time after payment is approximately 5-7 business days. Please be patient and we will upload the shipping tracking number in a timely manner. Please also carefully read the return policy and product size chart to avoid disputes.

2. Transportation time: (for reference only)
Currently we do not support USPS.
UPS usually takes 1-7 working days to deliver.
FedEx usually takes 1-7 working days to deliver.
DHL usually takes 1-5 working days to deliver.

It depends on the customer's shipping address.

We will provide a logistics quotation and upload it as soon as possible after the customer places an order. We will try to reduce costs, and the shipping costs include logistics costs and manual handling fees.
We process orders according to the order sequence we receive and cannot fulfill emergency shipment requests. All orders are processed on a first come first served basis and we cannot accelerate or prioritize certain orders. Don't place emergency orders.

3. If the product is out of stock, you will only receive the invoice for the goods shipped. Unfortunately, our staff can not answer your phone until we are processing your order. If any excess fees are found, we will inform you by mail and refund you one working day after you confirm the fact.
