Shipping & Return Policy
1. This vendor allows returns.
2. This vendor does not allow returns on sale items, closeouts or special orders.
3. In order to return, a RA# (Return Authorization Number) is required.
4. In order to request an RA#, the buyer must email the following: invoice number, order date, company name, style number, quantity, color, reason, pictures
5. Return shipping for unauthorized returns or refused/unaccepted packages is charged to the buyer.
6. The original shipping and handling cost is not refundable.
7. A fee is charged for returned checks.

12. Buyers have 7 days to make a return claim on defective merchandise.
13. Buyers are reimbursed for defective items through an exchange.
14. The vendor will provide call tags to the buyer for return shipping fees of defective merchandise.
15. Buyers have 7 days to make a return claim on non-defective merchandise.
16. Buyers are reimbursed for non-defective items through store credit.
17. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees of non-defective merchandise.
18. Buyers have 7 days to make a return claim on non-defective merchandise without restocking fees.
19. A restocking fee/penalty of 20% will be charged for returns of non-defective merchandise after the return deadline.
Orders will generally be shipped within 24-48 hours after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground (3-7 days), unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
To cancel orders placed with us, please contact us by phone. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 20% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
