Return Policy

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please provide us with the following information to our email ([email protected]) within 7 days of receipt of item(s): invoice number, style number and color, quantity, reason for return, photo(s) of damaged item(s). Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer. Products must be in original condition/packing for restocking. Upon receipt of return package, we will inspect the items to ensure resalable condition. If approved, we will issue store credit in the amount that was returned.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within 1 - 3 business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests should be made before processing the order was placed. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
