Return Policy

Returns are only accepted for product quality reasons. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All returns/exchanges/damaged items must be brought to our attention within 5 business days of receipt.

Shipping Policy

All in stock items are scheduled to ship out within 24-48 hours. If an item is on preorder, we will not capture your funds until items are ready to ship out. Since wholesale orders can be very large, we will ship ground shipping for you. Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund if funds were ever taken.

We cannot cancel the order if the product has already shipped out.
