Return Policy

All claims for damages, defects, or shortages must be made within 2 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Claims made after the indicated date will not be honored.

Claims for returns must be made within 2 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Claims made after 2 business days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. E-mail return inquiries to [email protected]

Conditions for returns are as follows:
1) All pre-packed merchandise must be returned together.
2) All merchandise must be in its original manufacturer's bag.
3) All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

No refunds. Exchange or merchandise credit only.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

All returns must be issued a return authorization number and form. All return packages attempted to be delivered without a return authorization number will be declined and shipped back to the sender.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping
