KC Factory is a company specializing in wholesale and import.

Our company founded in 2004, has a history of 17 years and mainly sells men's accessories, but recently it is expanding its business by dealing with not only men's accessories but also women's accessories. KC sells also a variety of team licensed items such as MLB, NBA, NFL, MLS.

We have never compromised on the quality and the services provided to the customers. We believe in keeping the customers happy and providing with products at a very competent price. We have an excellent staffs who will guide customers with best ideas by keeping in constant touch. We love family, friends, neighbors and our customers.

Return Policy

- All returns will be compensated by merchandise credit only.

- All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days of receipt of goods if the returned merchandise is returned in unopened condition with the manufacturers' seal.

- If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee.

- 20% restocking charge on all returned goods for credit after 7 days of delivery.

- No store credit is issued after 14 days of delivery. (Also, No returns for any special orders).

- Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging.

- Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

- If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to company's e mail ([email protected]) and Must be approved before any order can be canceled.

- Cancellation requests must be made within the same day the order was placed.

- If you cancelled after merchandise shipped, will be charged the 2 ways shipping and handling fees.

- We reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling(however, that is rarely the case).
