We have been importing handicrafts and clothing for over 19 years and our mission is to raise awareness and encourage the practice of fair trade ethics with all of our vendors.
In 2004 we started the KEEP CLEAN PROGRAM in Nepal where all volunteers would join in to clean regions that have been neglected over the years. This is our on-going project till today. Kathmandu Imports is proud to support financially in medical and health sectors for needy people in Nepal. We have also been supporting financially in the World Peace Meditation since 2011 till today. This program is held for 20 days and total attendance reach 1500-2000 people each day.

Shipping & Return Policy
Any return merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization. All return claims must be made within 14 days of receipt and must be returned within 10 days after approval (no exception). All merchandise must be returned in original package and in original condition along with the label intact. Items return (except defective) without any cause will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
To cancel orders placed with us at Kathmandu Imports, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
