Shipping & Return Policy
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
*If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise within 7 days upon delivery for a CREDIT MEMO ONLY.
*Any items returned after said 7 days will be assessed a 20% restock fee. And the customer is responsible for providing their own return label.
*Claims for any damages must be made within 14 days upon delivery.
*Claims for any damages made after said 14 days will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*We will not accept returns without an accompanying RMA#. Returns without pre-approved RMA#'s will be charged with a 20% restock fee.

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
* ALL DECLINING ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED 14 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF ORDER IS RECEIVED.
To cancel orders placed with us at Kan Can, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
