Return Policy

-All requests for returns and/or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise for store credit only for the item amount. Any items notified after the 3 days will not be eligible for a return.
-All return request must have detailed images of damages or issues.
-All items returned for any reason must have original packaging with full pack quantity of items. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
-Merchandise returned without damages or issues will have a 20% restocking fee.
-We can provide return shipping label for any merchandise with damages or issues. All other returns will have to be done with customer�s own shipping label.
-Unauthorized returns will be accepted.
-Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Jupiter & Me, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed.

-Order cancellation request must be made prior "Confirmed Order Status" as order will be packed and ready to ship.
-Orders voided after payment captured will have a 3% merchant fee.
