Shipping & Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
We have a $4.00 shipping and handling fee.
Orders will generally be shipped within the same day after receipt of full payment.
FOR USPS ORDERS: If an order is placed AFTER 11:00 AM PST (Pacific Standard Time) there is no guarantee that it will ship out that same day.
FOR UPS and FedEx ORDERS: All orders must be placed BEFORE 1:00 PM PST to have it shipped the same day.
We are not responsible for shipping methods that have been mistakenly selected if the customer does not contact us immediately to change it.
We have a $4.00 shipping and handling fee, $2.00 for additional boxes.
ALL ORDERS will have the full invoice value insured.
To cancel orders placed with us at XT, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
