Shipping & Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the merchandise within 10 days of the receipt date. Returns will be credited with store credit or exchange only, unless there is a manufacturer's defect. Claims for any damaged goods must be made within 10 days of the receipt date. All returns must be authorized with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us via phone or email to obtain the RA. Any merchandise returned after the 10 day period is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Orders are processed 1-3 business days once the order is place. At most times, we can process same day shipments if the order is placed by 11PM PST, but it is not guaranteed.
To cancel orders placed with us at Jelly Jeans, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
