Janette Fashion's Return Policy
Shortage and defects must be reported within two (2) days of the date received. All inspection for defects or shortage lies within the buyer's responsibilty. Damaged items may be returned for a Janette store credit only. All items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all the parts included. Items may not be returned for any other reason unless approved by the store manager. Receipts must be shown as proof of purchase in order to receive store credit. All store credit will expire after thirty (30) days of issuance. All sales are not subject to refund. In some cases, only merchandise exhanges or store credit may be issued. If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled. All unopened goods returned within seven (7) are not subject to restocking fee. If the package is returned in open condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee. ALL GOODS RETURNED AFTER SEVEN (7) DAYS WILL BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. It is the customer's responsibility to return the product to our facility for exchange. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER FIFTEEN (15) DAYS. . Absolutely no returns for special orders.
Price on the invoice does not include shipping and handling fees, Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including, but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
$25.00 charge for any returned checks.
In event of dispute, parties will be subject to the Jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of California regardless of their residence. The prevailing [arty shall be entitled to collect from the other party all of it's legal cost and expenses incurred therewith, including attorney's fees.
Janette Fashion's Cancellation Policy
To cancel orders placed with us at Janette Fashion, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
Janette Fashion's Shipping Policy
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after the receipt of full payment and depending on the availability of the goods. Orders will be shipped via UPS by the shipping method chosen at the time the order is placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple addresses.
Lost packages are subject to refund upon the resolution of the insurance claim.
