All returns and damage claims should be made within 10 calendar days of receipt of goods.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable

Items on "sale" or "final sale" cannot be returned

We do not offer money back. Credit memo only can be issued

There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns.

Cancellation of an order can be made the same day the order is placed

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Jackie London, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
