Our Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from us.
Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt for store credit only.
Merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
Returned/Exchanged items must be in unopened condition with the manufacturers� seal.
Merchandise returned/exchanged AFTER the 14 day return policy will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

The Process
To prevent return abuse, please note that we may not accept returns for certain items. For all exchanges and damages, please email us at [email protected] detailing the reason for the along with a picture (if damaged). Upon approval, we'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number and Form. Please include this RA form in the box being returned.

Return for Store Credit:
Once we receive your merchandise, we will issue a Store Credit to your account. You will receive a confirmation email regarding the details of your Store Credit which you can use for any future orders placed at www.shopirisbasic.com.

Exchange:
Upon receipt of your merchandise, the refunded amount will be credited towards the exchanged item. Any remaining store credit will be communicated to you via email. If the credit does not fully cover the cost of your new order, we will notify you of the outstanding balance.

Damages:
When we issue your Return Authorization Number and Form, we will issue a return shipping label to cover the cost of shipping of your damaged goods. Once we receive the damaged merchandise, we can send out a replacement (same style, color, and size, if available), credit your account (Store Credit), or refund your account (Back to original CC). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Shipping Policy

How soon will my order be shipped?

We recognize the importance of timely delivery for your inventory needs. Orders typically ship within two (2) to three (3) business days after we receive your order with complete payment methods, subject to product availability. Failure to provide accurate address information and complete payment details may result in order delays.

Orders placed AFTER 12PM PST cannot be guaranteed to be shipped out the same day

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us in LAShowroom.com, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the Message system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the Order Status section under Status after they have been approved.
