Iris' Return Policy
IRIS return policy:
Claims for damages/returns must be made within 5 business days of receipt. If an item is damaged, we will gladly replace it upon inspection of the returned good(s). Damaged returns need to be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once a damaged return is received and processed, the item(s) will be replaced or recorded as store credit. Any returns sent without a valid RA number provided by an IRIS representative, will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
There are NO refunds. Only exchange/store credit for damages only. All returns sent without an authorization will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Customer will assume return shipping charges. If item(s) are damaged AND/OR sent wrong on our behalf, we will handle shipping charges.
We do not offer Call Tags due to constant issues with customers’ and/or shipment method. However, we will apply shipping charges as credit WHEN providing shipment receipt.
All sale items are FINAL. No exceptions.
Iris' Cancellation Policy
To cancel orders placed with us in LAShowroom.com, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the Message system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the Order Status section under Status after they have been approved.
