Shipping & Return Policy
PLEASE CHECK THE MERCHANDISE IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING YOUR GOODS
All sale, discounted, or ‘special order’ items are deemed FINAL and cannot be returned.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return the merchandise within 14 days upon delivery.
Return requests made after said 14 days will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All returns must be sent in with an accompanying RA form. Returns without pre-approved RA’s will be charged with a 30% re-stocking fee.
All returned items must have the original tags, labels, and polybags still attached in their original condition. All returned items must still be in their original prepack unbroken. Any returns without will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
Any items not in their original condition such as signs of wear, label changes, washing, etc. will not be accepted for return.
As soon as we have processed your return we will send you a confirmation email informing that a refund has been issued. Your refund will go back to the original payment method.
Prepaid return shipping labels will only be provided for defective merchandise.

The return process usually takes 1 to 2 weeks upon arrival.
DAMAGES AND DEFFECTS
If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Claims for any damages made after said 7 days will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please include your invoice number in the subject line along with the following information in the body:
• Company Name
• Invoice Number
• Style Number
• Size(s) & Color
• Picture of Damaged Product
• Picture of Damaged Product Care/Size Tag
• Picture of shipping packaging (only needed if inquiring about missing item)
Orders will generally be shipped within one (1) - two (2) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on the availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
ALL ORDERS WITH DECLINING PAYMENT WILL BE CANCELLED 14 DAYS AFTER THE DATE THE ORDER WAS RECEIVED
If an order cancellation is necessary a request to customer support must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
Cancellation requests will only be considered if made before the order has been charged.
