We at Imagenation do not share our client's information with any third party unless absolutely necessary to fulfill the order (ie shipping companies). We do not store clients' payment information unless explicitly instructed. In such cases, it is only accessible by senior management using their unique login and passwords. Our computers are continuously monitored and scanned for threats.

Return Policy

All sales are considered final. Store credit given for damages and defective items. All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) to three (3) business days after receipt of full payment. We will notify via "Message" function of any shortages or partial shipments prior once merchandise has been pulled. Orders will be shipped as is unless otherwise instructed. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. Orders will only be shipped to the shipping address written on the order. All changes must be made in writing. No verbal changes will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

To Cancel orders placed at Imagenation/Fina Fina, please contact us by either email or sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. We reserve the right to charge up to 15% as a restocking fee. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
