Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

All sales are FINAL and not subject to any refunds.
In some cases, ONLY store credit may be issued for manufacture defects or damages ONLY.
All requests or claims must be made within 5 business days from the day your package is delivered.
All damages and defects must be emailed to [email protected]
Damage and defect email must include: Store name, invoice number, style number, quantity, and reason for exchange. A photo must be attached to the email for verification of damage.
Once the return is authorized, we may ask for the item to be shipped back.
Claims made after 5 business days, all shipping cost is the customers' responsibility. A return label will NOT be issued.
ICCO Accessories is not responsible for items lost in transit or missed deliveries.
All reused/undeliverable shipments due to incorrect name or address, and returned to ICCO will be charged a 30% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the returned merchandise.
The shipping fee is non-refundable.
ICCO Accessories reserves the right to discontinue business with anyone or entities who abuse and do not honor our policies.


Shipping Policy

Any orders received after 2PM PST will be processed the following business day. Shipping has increased overall. Shipping cost is based on THE SIZE OF THE BOX, WEIGHT, and LOCATION (commercial vs. residential). We do not overcharge for shipping.
When ordering hats, please take into consideration the box size, we try our best to ship as efficiently as possible without causing damages. DAMAGES TO HAT WILL INCUR DURING THE SHIPPING PROCESS AND ICCO DOES NOT HOLD RESPONSIBILITY.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at ICCO Accessories, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
