Shipping & Return Policy
All sales are FINAL and not subject to a refund. In some cases, merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued in cases of defects or damages ONLY.
All requests or claims on your order must be made within 5 business days from the day your packaged is received.
All returns must be discussed via email for our records.
Please send all requests to [email protected] (must include PO #, style #, reason for return, and a photo).
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all non-damaged returned merchandise.
Once the return is authorized and approved, shipping arrangements is the returner’s responsibility. ICCO Accessories is not responsible for items lost in transit.
For missing and manufacturer defective items, we will give a store credit.
All refused shipments will be charged 30% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the rejected merchandise(s). Shipping fee is non-refundable.
All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present / failure to claim will result in a 30% restocking fee. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to discontinue business with anyone who abuses or does not honor our policies.
All refunds are CUSTOMER POINTS ONLY (STORE CREDIT). No Exceptions
To cancel orders placed with us at ICCO Accessories, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
