Shipping & Return Policy
1. All sales are considered as final sale. In some cases, only store credit may be issued.
2. If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the [email protected] must be approved before any orders can be cancelled.
3. All requests for any claims on your order must be made within 5 days (including weekends) in receipt of the merchandise, according to the tracking number. Any requests made after the fifth day will be refused with no exceptions.
4. All requests must be submitted to [email protected], including your order number, style number, explanation of the return, and picture of the merchandise, if necessary (must email a picture if you claim a merchandise to be defective).
5. Returns must be shipped out on the next business day of our request and a tracking number must be emailed to [email protected] Do not ship out your return prior to our authorization. Any unauthorized or late shipments will be rejected with no exceptions.
6. When returning items, include a copy of the invoice you received with your order.
7. Any returns not shipped within 10 days in receipt of the merchandise according to the tracking number will be cancelled.
8. There will be no exchanges. If you have a missing item, once we confirm it from our records, we will give store credit for the missing amount.
9. We do not issue call tags for returns. You must make shipping arrangements to return the merchandise.
Use a service that has tracking or delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
10. In receipt of your return, we will make reimbursements by store credit only. Any type of non-defective return will be subject to 25% restocking fee and shipping will not be reimbursed.
11. Please mention your store credit on your next purchase so we can apply this credit onto the order.
12. All COD orders will be shipped by UPS for Cashier's Check or Money Order only. There will be a $12.00 additional charge for COD shipments.
Orders will generally be shipped within one (1) - two (2) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made.
To cancel orders placed with us at H&D, please contact us by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
