Shipping & Return Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you received your package. If your return is not postmarked with 14 days of the date you received your package, unfortunately you are not eligible for a return. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please contact us prior to returning the item to ensure you are within the 14 day return timeframe. If packages are not postmarked within the 14 day timeframe, we will send the item back to the you at your expense. You are responsible for the return shipping. We do not offer store credit.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following requirements: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free from any unusual smells (including perfumes, lotions and cigarette smoke), in it's original packing, in it's original condition that you received it in (including all tags and pieces) and postmarked within the 14 day timeframe. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping for refunds unless the item is damaged or defective.
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by USPS, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
To cancel orders placed with us at Hipster Row, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
