Return Policy

All claims (damages, returns and discrepancies) must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for store credit only. Please email [email protected] for any claims.
Please send pictures and invoice number for damage claims and a UPS label will be provided.
All returns must be approved by a representative to receive credit.
For all non damaged returns there is a 20% restocking fee.
Any claims after 14 days from receipt of merchandise will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Any request to cancel an order after it has been shipped out will result into a 20% restocking fee and we will not refund any shipping and handling charges.
