Return Policy

We value customer satisfaction and offer store credit and exchange policy for eligible products.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Prior authorization is required for all returns or exchanges. Customers must contact our customer service team for return instructions within seven (5) days of receiving the order.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or product defects.
Store Credit for returned items will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination, order volume, and selected shipping method.

Please allow three to five business days for deliver. Time may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Our sales team will provide estimated delivery times upon order confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask all buyers to be certain of their purchases while shopping with H&H Fashion, as we will get charged for all cancellations. Therefore, by our policy, buyer will be responsible for the cancellation fees, NO exception accepted. To cancel orders placed with us at H & H Fashion, please contact us by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved. Above applies to all refused packages as well.
