Return Policy

NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE unless damaged. No return will be accepted without a Receipt number and a proof of purchase. All claims of shortage or damaged material must be made in writing within 7 days after receipt of delivery and faxed to us. Title to the merchandise herein remains to Hera Collection until fully paid for in legal tender.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Please give us a call within the day that the order is placed for urgent cancellation.
