With over 20 years experience working in the Downtown LA Fashion textile industry
and inspired by the birth of her first granddaughter Hayden, founder Hailee Lee realized that the style, detailing and quality of clothes she liked transcended age and size. She recognized the pain when clothes didn�t fit in the right places. Ultimately, she understood that the better your clothes fit and look,
the better you feel in yourself.
So she set about launching Hayden Los Angeles and Hayden Girls - two family-run inclusive apparel brands designed in LA for Women and Tween Girls, of all sizes, who enjoy fun, feminine,
casual to boho style. Designed for and made by Women, Hayden Los Angeles and Hayden Girls is a celebration of every Tween Girl and the Woman she will become. Our unique Casual to Boho in-house designs transcend short-lived fashion trends making them effortlessly timeless for all Women.
Hayden Los Angeles is for every Woman who has her own unique style that will make her feel her most authentic self.

Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be damaged or not as expected. All claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
For any damaged items, we will issue a return authorization (RA) and return label to ship the damaged item(s) for a replacement if available OR store credit applied to your next order.
However, for non-damaged returns, return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer and will be issued store credit only. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.
We also request customers to keep all packages unopened and include original manufacturers� packaging and label. Items should be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. We do not accept incomplete pre-packs returned to us or garments used, worn, soiled or altered by the customer.
For damage/return requests please email [email protected] to receive a claims form. You must fill out the online form to submit your claim.
All return claims must be mailed back to us and received within 2 weeks of approval date. Shipping and handling are non-refundable (including all refused and unaccepted packages.)
All sale items or discounted items are deemed FINAL and cannot be returned.
All sales are not subject to a refund. Only store credit will be issued. In some cases, merchandise exchanges may be done.

Due to Covid-19, our ability to ship product remains inconsistent.

We do our best to process orders on the same day. Generally, any orders placed before 12:00pm PST ship the same day. However, we do ask for 1-3 business days to fully process and ship your order. Please be advised that shipping delays can occur.
