Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 business days from your original shipment date. Please note that the original shipping charges are not refundable. Should you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items please contact us within 5 days after receipt of goods & send back to us within 10 business days from the date your order was shipped. G mini does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return. Returns are processed within 5- 7 business days after your items are received at our warehouse. All sales items are final and cannot be returned.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing via email or fax. Any orders placed before 12:00 PM PST, cancellation notice must be received on the same day by 4:00 PM PST. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, cancellation notice must be submitted by 8:00 AM PST on the following business day. If the cancellation notice is submitted after the goods have shipped, shipping fee will not be refunded.
