Return Policy

All sales are not subject to a refund. Only replacement or store credit may be issued if there is any damaged or mismatched item.
All return requests must be submitted through message within 5 business days of receiving the package.
Please open the package upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues so we can make it right.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
We do NOT accept…
1. Exchanges or returns on all clearance items.
2. ANY returns without notification.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for confirmed orders must be requested through message (accessible at the top of any page) within the same day after placing the order. If the order has already been shipped, then a rerouting fee will be applied within the refund. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
