- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. Any claims for damage must be made within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS.

- If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for store credit only within 3 days of delivery. Please call or message us for the required return authorization number.

- Merchandise that appears to be not in the original condition (i.e., worn, used, tags removed or tampered with, or otherwise unsellable) will NOT be refunded.

- Merchandise damaged while in the customer's possession (excluding removing packing seals to inspect contents) will NOT be refunded. The merchandise must be returned in the original plastic packaging.

- Any fees associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep in mind that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our store, so please make sure they are properly packed to avoid any damage.

Shipping Policy

Please allow us one to two business days to process the order. We normally use UPS Ground which may take 5-7 business for US domestic packages.

To cancel orders placed with us, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
