* Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt for store credit only.
* Returned items must be in unopened condition with the manufacturers' seal.
* Merchandise returned AFTER the 7 day return policy has a 25% restocking charge.
* Canceled orders after items are pack has a 20% restocking fee.


Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within one (1) - three (3) business days after receipt of payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Orders placed AFTER 11am PST cannot be guaranteed to be shipped out the same day. At Feel in, we try our very best to ship out all orders same day. We understand how quickly you may need the inventory to arrive. However, based on volume of orders for the day, some orders may not ship out same day.

To cancel orders placed with us at Feel in, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 25% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
