Return Policy

All returns will not have a restocking fee for 3 days if the returned merchandise is returned in unopened condition with the manufacturers' seal.
Claims for any damage must be within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 30% restocking fee.
It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange/and or store credit. WE DO NOT provide return labels. Please take note of this before ordering.
No store credit is issued after 7 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
SHIPPING FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE, STORE CREDIT ONLY FOR RETURNS.
Due to so many numbers of packages missing with USPS , we strongly recommend to use UPS to return to us.
We are not responsible for any missing USPS return packages.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at FANCY DREAM USA, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
