Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your order in any way, please email us at [email protected] within 7 business days and title the email “RETURN REQUEST ??" INVOICE#_______”of receipt of goods to initiate the Return Authorization (RA) process.

Please include the following in the body of your email:
Business name
Invoice number(s)
Style number(s)
Size(s) and color(s)
Quantity
Reason for return
Photos of damages (if applicable)

You must receive the RA# from our sales representatives for your claim to be processed.
We will not accept returns without an accompanying RA#.
Returns without pre-approved RA#'s will be charged with a 20% restock fee.

All credits will be applied as store credit.
Credit card refunds cannot be issued.
All unauthorized returns may be refused for any claims.
Return credits will be issued after receipt of items and after they have been inspected
Items must be returned in the original package.
If possible, please place a sticker over the damaged area. This will expedite your return process.

We will not accept any items if:
Worn
Washed
Altered
Snagged
Ripped
Stained
Odors
Or any other damage caused by the receiver

Q. What is your refund policy?
Only store credit will be issued for returns, regardless of reason. Please note that all clearance items are sold as is, and is considered final. No RAs will be issued for clearance items.

Q. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Due to the case by case nature of returns, customers may or may not be held liable for return shipping costs. We will review and decide whether a return label will be provided by us.
Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages)

Q. I have received an RA form, but not a shipping label. What do I do now?

***The price of the invoice does not include shipping and handling fees.

***It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address on the order. If the order was placed under an incorrect address, it is not our responsibility to amend the issue.
Customers are required to pay the re-shipping cost of any refused/returned package due to the following reasons: A) Incorrect information submitted by the customer and approved shipment by the customer. B) Customer gave approval to ship but was not able to receive their box from the courier. Before re-shipping a refused/returned package, the customer must agree to pay the previous shipping cost. More than 3 refused/returned packages will affect eligibility to continue service with EVA, or upon manager’s approval, change in Terms will be issued.

***No store credit is issued after 14 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)

***$25.00 charge for any returned checks.

***We reserve the right to reject a return claim upon review.

***Shipping charges applied to the original purchase are non-refundable.

***We do not offer exchanges.


Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at EVA, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.

Cancellations must be requested by written form (email: [email protected]).
You will not be able to cancel an item that has already been shipped.
Any phone call cancellation requests will not be considered as cancelled.
