Return Policy

* Returns for purchased items are accepted within 5 business days from the delivery date.
* To be eligible for return, merchandise must be unworn, in its original condition, with all original packaging, undamaged box, and attached tags, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
* Please be aware that made-to-order items are considered final sales
* A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective items.

For returns by mail:

1. Initiate the return process by contacting us at [email protected].
2. Provide the following details: Order number, Style number, and Reason for return.
3. Upon approval of your return request, please follow these steps:
Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
Include an invoice in the return package.
4. Inform us of the tracking number of your return package.
5. Returned items must be in their original condition.
6. All sales are considered final.

* Returns will be processed within approximately 48 hours upon receipt at the warehouse and credited back to your store credit.
* Store credit is valid for 30 days and can only be used for purchases at Esmeray Clothing.
* Please note that shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

For next business day shipping:

1. Place orders by 11 AM PST, excluding weekends and holidays.
2. Orders received by 12 PM PST are shipped the same day, excluding weekends and holidays.
3. Orders received after 12 PM PST are shipped the next business day.
4. Weekend orders are shipped on the following Monday.

Cancellation Policy
