While we are always trying to mark down our prices, it is unfortunately that all the shipping charges have been continuously up-going! Please understand from now on, we have stopped offering $10 shipping promotion and will be charging shipping similar to UPS ground. An estimated shipping cost will be made when authorizing and actual shipping cost will be charged when order is shipped. We are sorry for this kind of change!

Shipping & Return Policy
All merchandise must be counted and carefully inspected upon receipt. We are not responsible
for any goods altered from original delivered form. All claims or demands for defective
merchandise must be made in writing via email to our Returns Department at
[email protected] within 7 days of receipt.
All returns require an RA # (Return Authorization #) from our Returns Department for your
claim to be processed. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without an RA #. All credits will
be applied as store credit. Credit Card refunds cannot be issued. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns.
The buyer must pay all costs related to return shipping charges. It is your responsibility to
ensure the secure packaging of returned merchandise to prevent any damage during the
shipping process. We will not be liable for any costs associated with the damage or loss of any
returned merchandise during transit. Prepaid return shipping will only be provided for

Orders will generally be shipped within 5-10 business days after they are placed. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
If cancellation request is authorized you will be charged 15% the value of the canceled portion for handling.
