Our easy wear clothing is filled with classic staple pieces like our favorite front button tunic top or our solid jersey palazzo pants that are easy to mix and match. We wanted to create wardrobe favorites that can be comfortable to wear during a day of shopping while still looking cute enough to go on a brunch date with your friends.

We specialize not only in Young Missy wear, but also always strive to find the perfect detailed fit for our plus size line as well. Most of our styles come in both Young Missy and Plus size because we believe that every woman can find the perfect top or dress no matter what size you are. Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will assist you with a prompt return or exchange.

All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 5 BUSINESS DAYS upon receiving the order. Return refunds will be issued back after we received the items and after they are inspected by our Return/Exchange Department. ITEMS MUST BE UNOPENED AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURE'S PACKAGING. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. Customers will assume return shipping costs and a 20% RESTOCKING FEE. We will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims after indicated dates.


Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please add the Return Authorization Number on the return box before you ship it out.
We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.

Shipping Policy


*Note: We always try our best to ship out your orders on the same day, but with a high volume of orders it may take up to 24-48 hours to process. This is NOT included in shipping time estimates.

Shipping charge will be determined after the orders are placed completely. UPS is used whenever possible. However "Common Carrier" can be selected in special cases.


Orders are received each business day at 9am PST and may take up to 3 business days to process and ship. For overnight, 2nd day, and 3rd day shipments, please place orders by 12 PM (PST) to ensure same day processing.

Same day ship out is possible for orders received by 12 PM (PST). Any “SHIP TODAY” orders need to be noted in the customer notes section. “SHIP TODAY” orders are not guaranteed and will be processed in the order received.

Shipping and Handling
Emerald Fashion ships via UPS and USPS. Standard shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders, (additional shipping rates will apply to international orders). Shipments are sent out daily from Mondays �" Fridays (major holidays excluded).

*All shipping promotions that are issuedthrough Emerald Fashion will be processed through UPS only.

For overnight, 2nd day, and 3rd day shipments, please place orders by 12 PM (PST).

Due to the high demand of Emerald styles, the stock of varying items may change within a day.

Customers who require a"CALL BEFORE SHIPPING," may delay the shipment of your order due to failure of communication.

We ship Monday through Friday. We don't ship on these holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.

Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes and Puerto Rico orders may be delayed 1 day due to customs.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Emerald, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
