Return Policy

If you're dissatisfied with your order, kindly contact us at [email protected] within 10 business days of receiving your items to initiate the Return Authorization (RA) process.

All returned packages must be in their original condition??"unworn, unaltered, and unwashed??"with all original labels and tags still attached. Shipping labels for return will be provided only for damaged items. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Packages sent back without a Return Authorization will be at the customer's expense.

Shipping Policy

If you wish to have insurance for potential loss, theft, or damage of packages, we exclusively use UPS and USPS as our carriers. For alternative shipping methods, please contact us at [email protected]. UPS will make up to three delivery attempts. Should you choose USPS, note that claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages cannot be filed. Keep in mind that UPS deliveries are not possible to PO boxes. If your account's shipping address is a PO box, even if you select UPS, we will switch your shipping method to USPS.

Cancellation Policy

To request the cancellation of an order placed with us at EILEENA, please reach out to us either by phone or by utilizing the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page on our platform. We kindly ask that cancellation requests be submitted within the same day the order was placed.

For the smooth processing of cancellations, authorization is required before order completion. We retain the right to impose a handling charge of up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise. Once cancellations are confirmed, they will be updated in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after approval.
