Return Policy

f for any reason you are not pleased with our products, Dress Forum will assist you with a prompt credit or exchange. Please read Our Policy and Return Process below carefully to ensure your return eligibility:

Our Policy

-Please inspect the merchandise immediately upon receipt. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 10 days for domestic and 20 days for international customers from merchandise received date.
- All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by Dress Forum in order for the claim to be processed.
- For manufacturer-defective items; please provide photos of the damage(s), style number, and invoice number in the initial return request.
-For the non-defective and/or label changed items, up to 10% restocking fee will be applied to the value of the items automatically. Customers will be responsible to ship the item back to the warehouse or showroom. All items in this category will be allotted a (1) time exchange for the same or different item.
- Any returned items without a prior RMA confirmation will not be accepted. Customers must provide a shipping label to have the items returned.

-All merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging with hang tags in place. Any items with signs of wear, washed, modification or alterations will not be accepted for the return.

- All returns will be applied as store credit. Please allow up to 7 business days for inspection by our quality control department.

- All sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

- All items under the 'Single Pieces' category are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

- Returned merchandise must be mailed out within 5 business days from the time you receive the return shipping label.

- All store credit will expire in 1 year from the issued date.

Return Process

To initiate a return process, please email [email protected] with the Return Merchandise Request Form filled below.

***Please attach the images of the garment if there is any defective area along with the main label part.

Non-defective items with the original label attached won't need the images.

Once we receive the return merchandise request email, We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and a return shipping label.

You MUST include a hard copy of a filled-out RMA Request Form in the return package. We do not accept returns without a RA# and a RA Request Form.

Please mail out the merchandise within 5 business days from the time you receive the return shipping label.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Dress Forum, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
