Shipping & Return Policy
f you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to assist with most or all of your return requests. To file a claim on damaged or return items, please email: [email protected] for your return authorization (RA) Request. We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be not as expected. All return claims should be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Returned merchandise must be back to us within 1 week of approval date. There is a 20% restocking fee for any unauthorized or overdue returns. Items should be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags. Most to all cases are issued as store credit. No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)

To cancel orders placed with us at Dream Catch, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
