Dorcas' Return Policy
- ALL REFUNDS ARE STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RM NUMBER OR YOUR MERCHANDISE WON'T BE ACCEPTED.
- ALL RETURNS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE ACCORDING TO TRACKING NUMBER ANY RETURNS RECEIVED AFTER 10 BUSINESS DAYS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE
-PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE BUYER
- DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE WILL BE REPLACED FOR THE SAME STYLE OR WILL BE CREDITED BACK IN THE ACCOUNT. SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE NOT REFUNDABLE BOTH WAYS.

Dorcas' Cancellation Policy
To cancel orders placed with us at Dorcas, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
Dorcas' Shipping Policy
All orders placed by 3 p.m. PST, will ship on the same day, excluding next day shipping.
Next day shipping orders will have to be placed by 12 p.m. noon PST
