Return Policy

Valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.
All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 2 days upon receiving the original order. All store credit and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed. Return credits will be issued after receipt of items and after they have been inspected.
Customers will be responsible for covering the shipping & handling costs to return your item(s).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
Dogma Jeans is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

We charge when we pack your order and when it is ready to ship. To cancel orders placed with us at Dogma, please contact us by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved. If there is an issue with payment, we can hold the order for 3 days and we will have to cancel if we are not able to obtain payment.
