Shipping & Return Policy
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If return is necessary, claims for any damage must be made within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original package with all parts included. It is customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange. Customer will assume return shipping costs and a 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
Shipping and handling are non-refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages.)
Claims for any missing item must be made within 1 days upon receipt of merchandise. We won't be able to open a case for calls or messages received after 1 day upon receipt of merchandise.
We consider the following as damages: Holes, Manufacture Defects, Odor. Please note that all damages must be noticeable. Photos will be requested upon receipt of each return request.

Shipping Policy
Orders will generally be shipped within three (1) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
**After the package has shipped, please contact the shipper for more information about the package, including package re-routing and changes of address, as we cannot do anything other then provide contact information about it once the package has shipped.**

Although most of the product are shipping from China, the shipping time will not take too long. The average delivery time is around 5 business days.
After the package has shipped, please contact the shipper for more information about the package, including package re-routing and changes of address, as we are unable to do anything other then provide contact information about it once the package has shipped.

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment within 48 hours of order placed.
If you need to cancel your order after the order has been confirmed, a written (message) request must be submitted via LA Showroom Message system.
All cancellations must be submitted within 2 hours of order confirmation.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
