Return Policy

All sales are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged merchandise. Claims for any damages, defects or returns must be made within two days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit or exchange must be in the original packaging. Please call for return authorization before making any returns. Upon receipt of completed return authorization, a merchandise exchange or credit will be issued less any shipping & handling fees. Any returns may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returns must be postmarked within 2 days from the date return authorization was issued. There will be absolutely no returns allowed for special orders or merchandise that has been worn or damaged due to customer's negligence. It is the buyer's responsibility to send the return merchandise to our facility in good condition to ensure prompt processing. We recommend sending your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Curve Market, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
