Curvaceous is a family owned and operated Brand in the heart of Los Angeles. Our CEO and master designer, Ali, has over 40 years of experience in the fashion industry across 3 different continents. However, his story is of humble beginnings. After losing his wife and his job in the same month, he struggled to pay for his daughters prom dress. So He decided to design it himself. Little did he know at the time, that creating this dress was going to change his life. Long story short, he found his passion because he experienced first hand the incredibly positive impact that the right style, color and fit made in his own daughters' life.

Through this experience he knew that he wanted to focus his talent, time and energy in recreating the same positive impact for women of all shapes and sizes.

His vision and goal for Lady Curvaceous is to highlight the true inner beauty of all women, regardless of their shape or size. We design and manufacture all of our apparel in Los Angeles, using only the highest quality fabrics, at incredibly competitive prices. We put the same quality and care in every single one of our products, as Ali originally put in for his daughters dress.

Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to request a return for exchange or store credit (requirements must be met), please follow these guidelines below.
Sales

All sales are final and only qualify for a return if your item(s) is damaged/defective from the manufacturer or you were sent the wrong item. There are no refunds. Shipping and handling fees are also non-refundable, including all refused and unaccepted packages. Items must be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn) with the original packaging to receive store credit or an exchange.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE

Damaged or defective items may be returned for store credit or an exchange may be provided.

Please contact us to notify us within 5 business days from the delivered date if any items are damaged or defective.

When contacting us regarding a damaged or defective item(s), please provide to us pictures of the damage (close-up and full shot), your invoice number, style number, color, size, and number of damaged or defective item(s). It can take 1-3 business days to investigate. However, it may take a bit longer as the investigation time depends on the vendor.The final RA approval will be done by the vendor.

INCORRECT ITEM(S)

Please contact us within 5 business days from the delivered date.

Store credit: We will send you a return label and process a store credit for the wrong item once it has been received.

Correct item to be reshipped: We will work with the vendor to arrange a reshipment for you. This will be based on product availability. If the product is no longer available, store credit will be applied. Items that are sent outside of its original condition/packaging will not be accepted by the vendors and will not be eligible for store credit.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within one (1) - two (2) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Curvaceous, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
