Return Policy

2. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of the invoice date.
3. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returned items along with an explanation for the return.
4. All returns must be unused and its original packaging.
5. There is 15% restocking fee on all non-defective items.
6. A credit will be issued upon receipt of items and their invoices.
7. Customers are responsible for shipping fees on non-damaged item returns
8. Use only USPS First Class Mail for any returns (We offer shipping reimbursements on returns for damaged items but the reimbursement amount may vary)

Cancellation Policy

To make sure you get your items as soon as possible, we start processing your order right away. If you need to cancel or change anything on your order you can attempt to cancel your order while it's in a Processing status and place a new order,
but once it moves to Shipped, the order can't be canceled.
