Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. Only the damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items are eligible for the return. Return is unacceptable for a simple change of mind. Items must be in their original condition in the original packaging to received refund. In any case, the returned shipping fee and payment fee charged by third parties are non-refundable for all refused and unaccepted packages.

Please note that there will be slight differences in the colors of pictures versus the original due to the lighting and different screen features. The material of items shall be subject to the description and real pictures in the description.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within three (3) - four (4) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Colorlink, please contact us by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
