Return Policy

All sales are FINAL and not subject to a refund.
In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee,
20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days.
It is the customer's responsibility to ship back merchandise.
No store credit or exchanges after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
$25.00 charge for any returned checks.

Claims for any manufacturer-damaged goods must be made within 2 days upon receiving merchandise from carrier. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
We will not accept claims if undamaged items from the same package have been sold or taken out of their original package.
Please keep the package in its original condition until we are able to resolve the claim for the damaged good/s.

NOTE: Once the package is received it will be upon vendor�s discretion to approve the claim on the damaged good/s.

Price on invoice does not included shipping and handling fees.
Shipping and handling are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)

ALL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 4:00PM (PACIFIC TIME) WILL BE SHIPPED SAME BUSINESS DAY.
ORDERS PLACED AFTER 4:00PM (PACIFIC TIME) WILL BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.

IF PAYMENTS ARE RECEIVED AFTER 4:00PM, ORDERS WILL PROCESS/SHIP NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at CHY FASHION, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
