1. All sales are considered as a final sale, but some cases, we do only store credit or exchange.
2 .All requests for any claims on your order must be made within 2 days in the receipt of the merchandise.
3. All requests must be submitted to [email protected] including your Company Name, Address, Invoice Number , Style Number, Size and Color, Quantity ,Reason for Return, Picture of the Damaged Item. We will not take returns without our RA(Return Authorization)#.
4.The restocking fee of 30% of the value of the merchandise will be imposed on non- detective items returns.

1.Please contact us if you want to cancel the orders.
2.Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 10% of the merchandise for handling.
