Shipping & Return Policy
All returns and exchanges for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Only incorrect or damaged items may be returned or exchanged. Please contact us before sending back a return or exchange.
Orders paid for before 3:00 PM pacific time are guaranteed to ship the same day, with the exception of USPS. Most orders placed before closing time (5:30 PM) will ship same day; however, 3:00 PM is the guaranteed time. We will notifiy you of any delays in shipping. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. USPS orders may ship the next business day unless otherwise noted.
First-time customers must pay via credit card or COD money order. COD orders are shipped via UPS or UCL, and typically paid via money order/cashiers check. Please note that USPS orders cannot be paid via COD.
If your preferred payment or shipment method is not listed, or if you have any other requests, please make a note of it in your order or contact us.
If you have ordered a dress that is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. Incomplete orders will be held until we receive notice on how to proceed.
First time orders and all orders placed over LAShowroom require a $200 minimum. If you wish to order a lesser amount for future orders, please contact us.

To cancel orders, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellations require authorization before order completion. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after approval.
